How the website works
The website has many lessons that range from numbers to sentences. Lessons can be found by clicking on the blue lesson titles across the top of the website. Each lesson will have pictures and vocabulary. This will include the Chinese writing, the pinyin romanization, the english word, and an easy-pronounciation guide. Having trouble with a word? Click on it, and listen to the proper pronunciation.
Why learn Chinese?
Chinese is the most spoken native language in the world, and is the most common language on the internet. As the world becomes more connected, learning Chinese will allow more opportunities to participate in this global change. Learning Chinese helps students to see the world from another viewpoint, and to have a competitive advantage in school and future work.

To help learn the lessons, activities and handouts are also available. These files can be downloaded and printed.
The supplemental materials help to reinforce vocabulary and proper speaking habits. Activities and handouts can be found on the bottom of each lesson.
A Unique Language
